Q: Do I need to have any experience to sign up for rowing camp?
A: No experience is necessary, just the desire to try a new sport! Whether you want to see if you are capable of being a collegiate athlete, or learn a unique sport in an incredible outdoor environment we will have staff and counselors guide you from your first strokes to race day!
Q: I am an experienced high school rower, will this camp help me get faster?
A: Yes, the high performance section of our camp is dedicated to building advanced skills for experienced athletes. Our collegiate coaching staff will focus on advanced technical work, nutrition, recruiting and race day strategies to help prepare you for the coming season!
